In the unfortunate event that a product has been damaged in transit, or is faulty, we will exchange or refund the product, as you require. We must be advised within 48 hrs of delivery of damaged goods, or within 30 days of faulty products. We will advise a return authority number and a return address, for you to return to the product to. On receipt of the problem goods, we will immediately issue a credit or send a replacement, as you request.
To cancel an order for unwanted goods we require notification before 2 p.m. of the day of order. If the goods have already been dispatched, they can be returned withing 14 days, however a restocking fee of 20 % and delivery fees are not refundable.
DIGITAL GOODS - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All purchases of Digital Goods (eg. Digital Comics) are final and no refund will be given.
INCORRECTLY PRICED ITEMS
From time to time there may be an item incorrectly priced due to technical error. Winter City Productions reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale which has been incorrectly priced. Be aware that any item priced at $0.00 will be checked prior to order processing for confirmation of the correct price.
